We have a fantastic opening for a Quality Assurance & Training Coordinator to join the customer experience team of one of this successful Banbury based company. This position involves a strategic mix of quality assurance, training development, and hands-on customer service when required.
Role Description:
- Conduct comprehensive Quality Assurance assessments and compile detailed reports.
- Develop and maintain training materials and communication templates.
- Prioritize training needs alongside the department manager to ensure top-notch delivery.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new team members and occasionally step in as a Customer Experience Advisor.
Candidate Profile:
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record in implementing effective solutions.
- Prior experience in quality assurance or a training coordination role is essential.
- Demonstrated ability in creating and delivering training programs.
