Temporary Customer Service Advisor

A new vacancy for a well-known employer in Banbury. We are looking for an experienced administrator and customer service advisor with excellent all-round written English skills, customer service qualities and a high level of communication. This is role could potentially start immediately! 


The Role

The purpose of the role is to provide a range of customer service and sales support.

Key responsibilities within the role include:

  • Order processing
  • Updating system
  • Respond to both internal & external department-related queries
  • Handle complaints
  • Regular communications with sales team
  • Process returns & raising credit notes

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Previous customer service / sales experience
  • Excellent Maths & written English skills (Minimum GCSE C grades ideally)
  • Good telephone manner and rapport building qualities
  • Solid IT / Microsoft Office skills
