We are looking for an upbeat and methodical Sales Support Administrator, working for our small yet highly successful client, based just outside Banbury.

A fantastic opportunity if you’re looking to step away from Retail and move into an office environment or if you’re looking for a varied, fast-paced office position.

The Role
The purpose of this varied role is a mixture of customer service, order processing and generating new and repeat sales.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming orders
  • Taking payments
  • Customer queries & small element of customer account management
  • Preparing orders
  • Upselling to current client base and small amount of new business sales activity
  • Ad-hoc administration / paperwork / filing
  • Stock counting on a monthly basis

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous customer service, administration or order processing experience
  • Excellent telephone manner & customer service skills
  • Good influencing skills
  • Intuitive IT skills with a sound understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook

Working hours Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:00, 21 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays.

Own transport essential due to location.
