Exciting new Sales Ledger role in Banbury, to work within this rapidly expanding business with big plans for the future.

Having already got a team of people working in accounts, the finance manager is now looking to add a new addition to the team to oversee the sales ledger responsibilities.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has some sales ledger experience previously and enjoys delivering a great service to ensure vital incoming payments can be made to the business.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Running Daily invoicing process, reconciling invoices against correct reports and uploading to system
  • Sending invoices out in any format as per customer request
  • Checking invoices and reconciling with relevant internal systems
  • Being the point of contact to receive any issues with invoices and resolving any queries to ensure payments made promptly
  • Some credit Control when necessary, checking accounts system and contacting customers for overdue payments
  • Making follow up calls when necessary
  • Any other ad-hoc finance duties as and when required

Experience Required:

  • Sales Ledger
  • Credit Control
  • Invoicing
  • Basic Microsoft packages including Excel
