We are looking for a payroll professional with start to finish payroll experience for an exciting role within a large and reputable organisation in Banbury (Oxfordshire).

The role will report to HR and be responsible for:

  • Accurately processing x3 specific payrolls for a total of 600 people
  • Managing any statutory deductions and contributions
  • Process additional 3rd Party Payments
  • Respond to any payroll queries from employees via phone or email
  • Ensuring any related reports or ad-hoc activities are completed in timely, accurate manner
  • Support with any year-end payroll activity
  • Accurately record and upload and reports for Overtime, expenses etc

Experience required:

  • Ability and experience to manage payrolls start to finish
  • HMRC & Payroll Legislation Knowledge
  • Experience with Ms Excel
  • High Attention to Detail and accuracy
  • Customer Service Approach to handle queries

This role would start initially as a temp, before going on to a contract that will go on to 6 or 12 months, possibly longer. Candidates on a short or no notice periods would be preferred.
