We’re looking for a new HR Advisor to join our client, a well-established national business, based at their Bicester premises.
The Role
Reporting into the HR Manager, the HR Advisor will be responsible for providing a wide range of day-to-day HR support tasks for the business – HR department, employees and management team
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR team with vetting procedure
- Administer and maintain day-to-day HR processes
- Regular liaison with various internal stakeholders
- First-line advice to managers and employees
- Updating all HR information onto system
- Resolving any complex HR queries
- Producing reports
- Supporting HR projects
- Keep up to speed on legislation and employment law updates
- Assist with the management of HR Inbox
- Answering the phone
