We’re looking for a new HR Advisor to join our client, a well-established national business, based at their Bicester premises.

The Role

Reporting into the HR Manager, the HR Advisor will be responsible for providing a wide range of day-to-day HR support tasks for the business – HR department, employees and management team

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR team with vetting procedure
  • Administer and maintain day-to-day HR processes
  • Regular liaison with various internal stakeholders
  • First-line advice to managers and employees
  • Updating all HR information onto system
  • Resolving any complex HR queries
  • Producing reports
  • Supporting HR projects
  • Keep up to speed on legislation and employment law updates
  • Assist with the management of HR Inbox
  • Answering the phone
