Description

A fantastic opportunity to join a thriving global company at their UK head office in Banbury. The HR Administrator will work closely with the Facilities Officer regarding the H&S of the employees as well as covering all areas of HR Administration and employee on-boarding.

Attractive salary offered plus benefits package and career progression opportunities working Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm.

Duties

  • Maintenance of HR database
  • Production of HR reports
  • Employee on-boarding including coordination of documentation, organising equipment and coordination of induction process
  • Maintenance of employee records and handbook
  • Assistance of HR meetings
  • Recruitment including liaison with agencies & advertising of roles
  • Ensuring employee reviews and probation meetings are on track
  • Employee exit interviews

Skills and Experience

  • Previous HR admin experience is a must
