A fantastic opportunity to join a thriving global company at their UK head office in Banbury. The HR Administrator will work closely with the Facilities Officer regarding the H&S of the employees as well as covering all areas of HR Administration and employee on-boarding.
Attractive salary offered plus benefits package and career progression opportunities working Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm.
Duties
- Maintenance of HR database
- Production of HR reports
- Employee on-boarding including coordination of documentation, organising equipment and coordination of induction process
- Maintenance of employee records and handbook
- Assistance of HR meetings
- Recruitment including liaison with agencies & advertising of roles
- Ensuring employee reviews and probation meetings are on track
- Employee exit interviews
Skills and Experience
- Previous HR admin experience is a must
