Our client is looking for a German Speaking Customer Experience Advisor to join their vibrant team on a permanent basis

This position can be a hybrid role working at least 3 days per week in the office.

Main Duties:

  • Answering calls, dealing with queries regarding order, delivery, and pricing
  • Process orders taken over the phone and via website/email onto the system accurately
  • Recognise potential cross-sell/upsell opportunities
  • Liaise with courier companies to ensure deliveries to customers are seamlessly executed
  • Thoroughly understand the product range, including features and benefits to assist customers with product selection, offer recommendations and provide technical information

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • An excellent communicator with an enthusiastic attitude
  • German speaker (native)
  • Positive, with a motivated attitude towards customer service and the willingness to provide outstanding service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
