Description

We’re recruiting for a varied new job based near Banbury, for an outgoing and proactive Customer Service Executive, working for a busy marketing-leading distributor.

The business are looking for someone with previous office based customer service or order processing experience, who enjoys working within a team environment.

The Role

As part of a small specialist team, the Customer Service Executive will be responsible for communicating with customers, processing orders, ironing out any order issues and generally maintaining a high standard of customer care.

Responsibilities

Processing & uploading orders, using SAP and Excel
Communicating with customers on the telephone, regarding orders, delivery information, customer queries and managing customer accounts
Providing administrative support to the sales team
Liaising with the purchasing, transport & accounts/credit control departments

Skills & Experience

1+ years office-based Customer Service / Order-processing experience
Motivated & organised
Proficient IT user, particularly good with Excel and other Microsoft Office packages
Able to work on your own initiative, within a team environment
Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Numeracy skills
Confident communicator with a clear & confident telephone manner
Able to work under pressure & to tight deadlines
Analytical and problem solving skills
Quick learner
SAP knowledge would be an advantage, though full training will be given
