A great new Customer Service Coordinator job role based in Banbury for a large corporate, multi-national business.

The Role

The role is a highly customer-focused position, handling incoming b2b orders and quotations, supporting departments with appointments and diaries, and assisting customers with a range of order related queries.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator at all levels, with a positive attitude and can-do approach alongside a natural ability at building customer rapport.

Key roles & responsibilities

  • Process incoming customer orders accurately & efficiently
  • Engage and build rapport with customers regarding their order, as & when required
  • Maintain and update all customer information
  • Respond effectively to customer queries, complaints, return requests etc.
  • Manage engineer diaries and booking appointments
  • Communicate effectively with all relevant departments

Skills & experience required

  • Previous Admin / Customer Service experience
  • Highly customer focused
  • Very quick learner
  • Sound written English skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Able to learn & pick up new systems quickly
  • An upbeat can-do attitude
  • Good IT skills & knowledge
  • SAP knowledge very desirable, however full systems training will be provided
