Our client is looking for 2 Customer Experience Advisors to deal with their American market working a 2pm-10pm / 3pm – 11pm / 4pm – midnight rotating shift

This position is fully remote however you are invited into the office to work the first half of your shift whenever/if you desire

Main Duties:

  • Answering calls, dealing with queries regarding order, delivery, and pricing
  • Process orders taken over the phone and via website/email onto the system accurately
  • Recognise potential cross-sell/upsell opportunities
  • Liaise with courier companies to ensure deliveries to customers are seamlessly executed
  • Thoroughly understand the product range, including features and benefits to assist customers with product selection, offer recommendations and provide technical information

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • An excellent communicator with an enthusiastic attitude
  • Positive, with a motivated attitude towards customer service and the willingness to provide outstanding service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
