Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager (Building Supplies) to oversee operations and drive the success of the branch. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, sales experience, and the ability to effectively manage a branch.

Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, and employee management
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to meet performance goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor branch performance and implement improvements as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices and drive overall company success

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a merchant environment
  • A track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using Salesforce software or similar CRM systems
  • Solid understanding of financial principles and budgeting
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
