Management Accountant
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled management accountant to work for one of the leading companies in the Banbury area who are going from strength to strength. This is a full-time role which will be office based.
The role will report into the Group Finance Director and have 1 direct report so an ideal role for someone looking to step into a management role
Working in a fast paced, dynamic environment you will be responsible for:
- Owning the management accounts, posting all journals and preparation of the accounts including detailed variance analysis and presentation to the Group FD and CFO
- Reconciliation of monthly control accounts
- Support with costing and pricing for new business
- Monitoring daily KPI’s and highlighting issues with involvement in mitigation actions
You will need to have a continuous improvement mindset, delivering excellence, automating where possible and building efficiencies into processes
Experience in a management accounts role
Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or QBE
Manufacturing background desirable
A good working knowledge of Sage and MS Excel
